Return Policy
We are a customer-first company striving to provide the best quality products with a seamless experience for you. As a company we really hope you love every Plashe item you purchase, however, if you do need to make a return you’re welcome to do so within 30 days of receipt.
NOTE: We don’t accept returns after 30 days. If an item is sent back after the 30-day window, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
If you want to return the item, please get in touch with us within 30 days of receiving the order at hello@plashe.com. If you have discovered technical fault from our production, please take pictures of the defected or wrong case sent to you and attach them to the initial email with an explanation. We do not issue refunds if you do not provide a reason for returning the item or send it back without contacting us first.
All returned items must be sent back to us unused and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable.
Refunds for returned items will be issued to the original payment method you used when placing your order. Please ensure you keep hold of your proof of post until you have received your refund/exchange, we will not be able to honour refunds/exchanges without valid proof of postage.
Please consider that all the shipping expenses for returning the item remain the responsibility of the customer.
